Note: He was consular attaché/vice consul of the Austro-Hungarian Empire in New York (1913-1918). With the establishment of the Second Polish Republic he was counselor (1919) and then chargé d'affaires (1920-1921) in the Polish delegation in The Hague. In 1921-1922 he was consul general in Królewiec and thereafter, until 1928, he held the same post in Cologne. In 1928 he became consul general in New York and between 1929 and 1932 served in the same position in Trieste. From 1945 to 1947 he was once more consul general in New York. |
