Konstanty Rozwadowski was a Polish diplomat. He came from a landowning family. He graduated in law and economics. In 1918 he was in the diplomatic service of the Second Polish Republic, first as deputy and then, from 1923, as head of the Economic Department of the Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .
On October 24, 1924 he was appointed as an extraordinary deputy and minister of plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland in Copenhagen. He served there until September 3, 1928. From August 4, 1928 to July 1, 1934, he was a deputy of the Republic of Poland in Stockholm . He contributed to the revival of Polish-Swedish relations. Moved to retirement on December 31, 1934.
He then worked for the Swedish company John Johason Lines . In 1939 he left for Paris , from there in 1940 to Brazil . From June 1, 1942 to July 5, 1945, he was Chargé d'Affaires in Uruguay. In the summer of 1939 during his summer stay in Poland, he went to Paris with his wife in anticipation of the outbreak of the Second World War, and in 1940, before the defeat of France, they traveled through Portugal to Brazil.
