Obituary: The Morning Call: Norma Liero May 01, 2004 | The Morning Call Norma Liero, 76, of Wind Gap, died Friday, April 30, 2004, in Old Orchard Health Care Center, Bethlehem Township. She was the wife of Floyd Liero, who died April 12, 1992. Born May 27, 1927, in Pen Argyl, she was a daughter of the late Pietro and Lucia (DeNardi) Lorenzet. Before retiring in the early 1970s, she was a machine operator in the garment industry and was a member of UNITE. She was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish, Pen Argyl. Survivors: Daughter, Patricia Dally of Easton, Wendy L. Diorio of Bangor; sons, Steven M. Liero of Havertown, John J. Liero of Pen Argyl, Robert T. Liero of Winchester, Va.; brothers, Tavio Lorenzet and Loe Lorenzet, both of Baltimore, Md.; sisters, Mary Zanchettin of Pen Argyl, Lena Celot of Easton; eight grandchildren, a great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by sisters, DeLeila Curcio, Alda Masut, Gallie Arconti and Sophia Barry, and brothers, Geno Lorenzet and Angelo Lorenzet. Services: memorial Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. Monday, May 3, 2004, St. Elizabeths Catholic Church, Heller and Babbitt avenues, Pen Argyl. Call 10-11 a.m. Monday in the church.
