Angelo Lorenzet May 18, 1996|The Morning Call Angelo "Popeye" Lorenzet, 82, of Clover Rest Home, Columbia, N.J., formerly of Phillipsburg, died Friday in Hackettstown (N.J.) Memorial Hospital. He was a presser for the former Bangor Clothing Co. Born in Plainfield Township, he was a son of the late Pietro and Lucia (Denardi) Lorenzet. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors: Sisters, DeLeila Curcio and Mary Zanchettin, both of Pen Argyl, Lena Celot of Palmer Township, Sofie Barry of Baltimore, Md., and Norma Liero of Wind Gap, and brothers, James of Stroudsburg, and Taveo and Leo, both of Baltimore.
