Family and friends will honor Phyllis's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services - Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Thursday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM, with a funeral service 10 AM Friday. Interment Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Phyllis's name may be made to Salesian Missions-2 Lefevre Lane, New Rochelle, New York 10801-5710 or online at www.salesianmissions.org.
