[Leppo.FTW] [William Grobrecht Descendants.FTW] Obituary--The Evening Sun, Wednesday, September 24, 1980--York Adamsdeaths--Mrs. William D. Gobrecht--Espenieta V. Gobrecht, 83, Hanover RD2, died at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday at the Hanover general Hospital. she wasthe wife of William D. Gobrecht. Born in Carroll County, she was adaughter of the late Philip T. and Della Smith Wentz. She was a memberof St. Bartholomew's United Church of Christ and Sunday school.Surviving in addition to her husband are four children, Wardon Wentz, 519Moul Ave.; Gerald M. Wentz, 927 S. Franklin St.; Mrs. Richard (Genevieve)Rohrbaugh, 29 Grant Drive; and Mrs. Gerald (Evelyn) Raubenstine, HanoverRD 2; three step-children, Lester L. Gobrecht. Hanover RD 2; Harold G.Gobrecht, Hanover RD 7; Mrs. Russell (Carlyn) Wilson, 502 Frederick St.;eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; seven step grandchildren;seven step grandchildren; 13 step great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs.Effa Cozad, 601 York St.; and two b brothers, Guy S. Wentz, 234B SouthSt., and Ivan P. Wentz, 117 John St. Services will be held Saturday at 9a.m. at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, 269 Frederick St., with her pastor,the Rev. Kenneth D. Ettinger, officiating. Burial will be in St.Bartholomew's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Fridayevening.
